The War is soon to begin!

Gentlemen!

As you are no doubt by now aware, by the time you read this we will likely be at war with Germany!

We've won the last three scraps with the Boche - so no doubt doing it a fourth time will be a tough old job, but I'm also in no doubt that we can do it if we give it our best!

This campaign is also of special importance, as it is the first campaign where we have CF739 'Squiffy' as the Commander in Chief of the overall Allied war effort, as most of you already know - 'Squiffy' is a good friend of the Squadron, and in fact served with us for a time in the past! As such it is only right that we give maximum effort and continue this winning streak throughout his posting!

Now let's get up there, give a good account of ourselves and give Jerry a bloody nose!

(Incidentally, the change over ceremony to appoint 'Squiffy' CF739 as the new CinC will be taking place some time this weekend (specific time unknown) so hopefully we can fly a few victory rolls to welcome him!)
