Salute from Dundas
Salute to No 19.
I had to jump ship so I could find a group on my timezone. No fun flying alone all the time. Had a great time with you boys, hope to see you in the skies and take care of Boni!

Re: Salute from Dundas
HA! I could not do it! I tried flying with JG51 and they were good guys, and I learned some stuff from them. But I had to withdraw. I did not want Boni to cry anymore.
So What I'm trying to do is form a US timezone RAF squadron. I've selected 74 "Tiger" Squadron and am working on setting up a website and such. I just need some willing folks to help me get the thing created.
Since 19 and 74 were both in 12 Group during the Battle of Britain, perhaps we can work together?

Re: Salute from Dundas
I thought one of the 'Eagle' squadrons would have been the choice for Americans
Anyway I wish you best of luck with your squad S!

Re: Salute from Dundas
dundas S! and hello.
I never got chance to fly with you, sorry (was on leave at the time) but we have had a few good us sticks come through.
set up your squad (i'll help you with the forum if you like, this one is pretty snazzy if I say so myself) then if I get any US guys come through I can point them towards you lot, and vice versa if you get any GMT timezone chaps.
we can pool resources to if ya like!
let me know, drop me a pm here or email 19squadron@googlemail.com and I'll pick it up there.
good luck!
