Blank Report Paper

Post  MJDixon on Tue Apr 27, 2010 10:26 am

Here's the blank RAF Combat Report paper for those who want to do their own:

Paper

Back of Form (incase the AAR is too long to fit in the text space):

Form Reverse

Example:

I'm sure you can work the rest out, or get your Typist to do it if you're too lazy heroic to do it yourself.

(By the way, at the moment I'm going by Tier 0 = 1940, Tier 1 = 1941, Tier 2 = 1942, Tier 3 = 1943, D-Day Mini-Campaign = 1944 Razz )

Here's a made up Bomber report form, taken from a number of different report styles/forms mixed together into one:

EDIT: Now in two pages

Page 1: Strike Report

Page 2: Bomb Damage Assessment

(It is a .JPEG, however it's at full quality, so should look ok - just make sure to save it at full quality or as a .BMP or the like.)

Here is a real example of the Combat Report Form "F" - By Douglas Bader:

Page 1

Page 2

(From other examples it seems the parts about searchlights and AA guns are typed onto the form, as opposed to being part of the original form - presumably a Battle of Britain specific addition.)
