Mission Type

   All old rotation missions have been retired and the only mission active will be the Persistent mission (which will be renamed at some point)


Campaign Interface/Web UI

   CHANGED - RDF and Freya Web UI updating from server, not reliant on data copy. Removes reliance on cron job to run and increases stability.
   CHANGED - RADAR page on website is now active again for testing purposes mainly.
   CHANGED - public missions page is retired and replaced by a "what is SoW and how does it work?" page
   NEW - Pipsqueak display


Server code

   CHANGED - complete rewrite of the AI raid generator code to be more modular and class based. Easier to add in new types of AI activity.


Recon

   CHANGED - Recon Photo's increased to 4
   FIXED - Damage to airfields done in current mission will now show in Recon photo's taken subsequent to attack.
   FIXED - AI Recon units are now checked out when spawned, meaning they're a finite resource.
   FIXED - AI Recon mission being created with unavailable assets no longer errors.
   FIXED - Rogue bug that meant that if an airfield was bombed and a static object was destroyed, the wrong damage percentage might be displayed in any recon.


Objectives

   NEW - Additional target will be generated after Current active target is attacked.
   CHANGED - Selected targets are only good for the mission that runs next. Prevents one target being active permanently.


Airfields

   NEW - Consequences for airfield destruction are now live. Loss of spawn point. Airfields that are knocked out lose 50% of any aircraft in stock at the base at that time.


Aircraft Numbers

   NEW - Aircraft damage is now live. Damaged aircraft no longer returned to pool instantly.
   NEW - Damaged aircraft landed at a base which is not yours will not be instantly available to respawn. There will be a 3hr time penalty added onto the repair time, but the airframe will be automatically added back to your home base stock once this time has expired.
   FIXED - Available aircraft in game not matching the available aircraft in Campaign Interface. (Due to replacement aircraft only updating to the database, not to the airfield class.)
   CHANGED - Spitfire 1a renamed to remove the "(100Octane)" designation.


Stats

   NEW - Mission by Mission Summary
   NEW - Mission Summary/Detail


Game Mechanics

   NEW - TAB 4 Menu now includes ability to query what the current target(s) are.
   CHANGED - Bomb craters spawned on damaged airfields are no longer random after initial appearance. Repairs will remove oldest craters first.
   ADDED - Events system to load by time. Enables timing of AI Raids, Recon, Resupply & Messages & Base Transfers.
   ADDED - AI Raids Spawning broadcast a message to advise players. They still need to then use the Friendly bomber finder to see the raid.
   ADDED - Pipsqueak now live.

So the Persistent mission is now up 24/7 (not counting the mission change every few hours) - which should make bombing and recon more important. Smile

Crikey, if they knock out our airfield we lose our 50% precious well maintained kites! and we'll be homeless....I think we should invest in more AA guns. Very Happy

Also 3 hr wait for damaged planes to return to stock if landed at a different airfield. pale

And our golf clubs will be destroyed, and we'll have to go to that old flying club with the nasty little shack full of dead flies!
