It's been a while since I last flew a Boston, and I felt a bit tense when seating it again. However as soon as the engines roared the tension disappeared, and I remembered what a lovely plane the Boston is.
And it seems the love worked both ways, because she got me safe home during several sorties.
Unfortunately my tailgunner was KIA.
I wrote his family and told them what a great hero he was, and ensured them that no matter what rumours they heard, there are no Germans at Ramsgate.

Good job everyone. It was a lot of fun. I think we took most our our air losses early on over target but when i logged Voodoo and co were happily bar capping and taking down lots of planes.
