Optimal turn speed question

I was wondering what the optimal speed is in the Spitfire for the tightest turn. It might sound silly as I know generally the slower you go the tighter the turn, but what I mean is the tightest turn in a EA rich environment. Is their a never get below speed preached in the Spitfire?
Lastly, does anyone have a wwiionline Spitfire cockpit guage diagram so I know what each one does.
