Not sure how it works in Windows 7, but you might need to set your Joystick so that it's the preferred device if it isn't already.
In XP you go to the Windows 'Control Panel', then 'Game Controllers', then click 'Advanced' and there's a drop down list of which Joystick you want to select as the preferred device.
That seems to be how most people have solved their Joystick issues on the WW2OL Official Forums anyway.
And that's a very nice sounding PC!

Re: probelms with joystick
so....i fixed this joystick problem.
but it seems, that the game has some issues with win7.
i crash now more often, then it did in win XP.
And also, if i let my headset connected, the game crashes on loading screen. if i disconnect the headset, the game loads properly. nice, isnt it?
however, i am happy at least with the performance, and hope to get up in the air on tuesday, with you guys.
see you there....

Re: probelms with joystick
there were changes made to the sound engine in the latest patch, which means most sound related problems can be resolved by going to the Settings menu (Start Menu > Battleground Europe > Settings) and changing the sound from software to hardware (or vice versa).
try that mate, see if that resolves it!
