<sigh> no. Also, did I mention that it's 19 Squadron, not 19th? Very Happy

I'll sort you a sig out mate. We have standardised sigs (well, all of us except one Wink ) so I can update your rank etc. If you find me a nice picture of a Spitfire you would like as a background, post me a link and I'll sort you one out!

no!

grrr Mad

The ordinal names of brigades in the Army are in that format (so 1st Brigade 2nd Highland Regiment etc) but an RAF squadron is the same as a Regimental Company, and therefore designated nominally (No. 1 (Fighter) Squadron RAF, more usually just called 1(F) Squadron) the same way you would have '2 Company 3rd Battalion 1st Regiment'

so 19 Squadron is technically No. 19 (Fighter) Squadron RAF.

American Fighter Squadron names (of course) are different and follow the ordinal rules, 334th Fighter Group for example, so I let the 84th off as they don't know any better Razz

So you let them pass because they are American, and im American and dont even fly and I get no pass?
