"Work was also done on improved .303" ammunition. The steel-cored armour-piercing and Buckingham incendiary/tracer (designated B.Mk IV) rounds were based on old designs, but a new incendiary, the B.Mk VI, was developed by Major Dixon, loosely based on the Belgian De Wilde design."
