Can I ask you guys a question about the campaign?
What made you *allies get that far into Germany and about to win the war?
Is it numbers, the new looks of 1.31, or etc?
Reading posts by some in the axis seems that you guys cut their heads off. Some act panic and others mad. I'm trying to understand with hopes that this can happen more.

One difference this campaign (apart from the numbers) is the capture mechanism and AO limit preventing low-pop softcaps of allied territory. It was gutting to fight for a whole night over 2 key towns, only to watch them fall to 'softcap' or 'light activity' the next morning, as 15 - 30 axis players walked the map back against 10 or 15 allied players.
You could also argue that making Frankfurt cappable (and allies capping it)has prevented the usual routed Axis brigades coming back into Frankfurt and running wild on the south side of the map.
But mainly I would say numbers. We seem to have been overpop most of the last two tiers. Maybe the new patch has bought back some old allied players? I don't really know. I think some players like to go to whoever is winning, but I don't necessarily understand why. Being underpop is a target rich environment!
The air war has been crazy, we have had vastly superior numbers right up until the start of the last tier, when every man and his dog seems to be in a 190. Our air tactics and aircraft are not really suited to offensive operations so close to the enemy airfields, so it all tends to bog down a bit as this tier drags on and on.
It's interesting to see all the axis whines, the moaning about GHC and tactics, the percieved nerfing of axis equipment etc - last map it was precisely the same whines coming from the Allies

I think it's probably a mix of things, although we (as Pilots) are probably a bit more detached from the general ground campaign movement than your average Players, so I'm mostly guessing.
For one it's probably to do with an increase of Allied Players since 1.31 came along, although I'm not sure how many extra players the Axis side might have now as well.
Another thing is that the Allies have attacked through the south/centre of the map in quite a few campaigns prior to 1.31 which has resulted in a situation similar to this, the difference being that before 1.31 the Allies weren't able to capture Frankfurt, which meant that when we captured the area west of Frankfurt and then carried on to move north the Germans could move some of their Brigades into Frankfurt and then attack us from the rear, where as now the Allies are able to capture Frankfurt (and have) which also removes one of the German Factories, and lowers supply.
Prior to this the Allies would usualy come up against a brick wall of compressed Brigades with a lot of supply and eventually the Axis would break through our lines and push us back west again.
Or at least I think that's how it happened anyway.

I know that aleast 4 larger axis squads went allies this campaign. As well as good number of flyers. And most of them are planning in coming back next campaign. That is going to leave a sink hole... going to ask some of the axis squads to cut back on recruiting. With luck this will not end up to badly. I fear what the SD will be like next campaign.
Good to see that the new capture mechanism is working

Well the good new is that people will now stop asking me to join GHC. I used up what ever respect I had earn with the axis side. With hopes to make the game better for both sides. And planning to get an email from vondoosh in the next day or so.
