rome 2 total war
MJ are you still interested to start an online campaign with me?
We might agree with a fixed day a week where we play it 1-2 hours or something like that.
you can add me on steam conflict1 (picture of pilot )

Sounds good Hink, though at the moment reading the forums it seems the Rome II multiplayer campaign is a bit bugged as the games desync after a while or some such - there's meant to be a patch tommorow, not sure what it'll fix tough.
That and the unit speeds are too fast, the unit sizes are too small, the battles are too short, there's no guard mode, there's no family tree and armies can create fleets all by themselves as if by magic.
But other than that it's a good game.

Sounds good Hink, I'll add you to Steam.
At the moment I'm using some mods for Rome II such as one that lowers unit speed and slows down the kill rate etc, so will remove them before we play MP unless you want to use them too.

Re: rome 2 total war
if you say it would be better to use the mod ( haven t tried it yet) i can download and install it.
as they planning to make weekly updates the mods might get issues in the near future.
Last update allready fixed some synching issues.
lets say 19.00 gmt?

Re: rome 2 total war
Probably best if we don't use mods for now if it's just a test campaign as the mods get updated so much atm, better to wait for it to settle a bit.
Preferably before 19:00 GMT/20:00 BST as that's when we play WW2OL remember.
Probably 17:00 GMT would be best so we can get a few hours before WW2OL, or we could try after WW2OL.

Made a few little videos.
First one is just showing off the graphics, other two are showing off realistic unit sizes.
