21st March. Springtime for Axis! AAR

By the time I logged on, many Hurricanes on the front line had already been destroyed, so we had to lift from Brussels and fly the 10 minutes to the front line.

Some early losses due to enemy AAA were countered by a couple of 109s getting the surprise of their lives - after bouncing a Havoc and a Hurricane and probably expecting two easy kills, the tables were soon turned and both 109s left burning on the ground. Chasing a Heinkel over the town, the hurricane was unfortunately shot down by ground fire and the pilot killed.

Undeterred, 19 RAF fought back, strafing and bombing ground forces at Eind and Panningen, blunting an attack on Eindhoven Airfield and helping ground forces attacking Roermond by dropping the bridge and taking out enemy air defences.
